1) Tools -> Accounts -> Mail -> Select the one for Ripco -> Properties 2) Click on Servers tab My incoming mail server is a POP3 server. Incoming mail (POP3) email.ripco.com Outgoing mail (SMTP) email.ripco.com Account name (your user name, no @ripco.com) Password (your password) Remember Password can be checked or unchecked Log on using Secure Password Authentication MUST BE UNCHECKED My server requires authentication MUST BE CHECKED Click Settings 3) Select "Use same settings as my incoming mail server". 4) Click OK, Click Apply, Click on Advanced "Server Port Numbers" Outgoing mail (SMTP) 587 Check the box for "this server requires a secure connection (SSL)" Incoming mail (POP3) 995 Check the box for "this server requires a secure connection (SSL)" "Server Timeouts" One minute should be fine. The other two options for Sending and Delivery is to users taste, both can be left unchecked. 5) Click Apply, Click OK, Click Close
